• CarSear, we, us, our: the operators of the CarSear platform.

CarSear aggregates and links to listings and data provided by third parties. We do not control third-party listing accuracy, completeness, availability, or pricing updates. You must verify all details directly with the original source before making decisions.

6. Affiliate Link Disclosure

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. We may receive a commission when you visit or act on a partner site through those links. This does not change the price you pay on the third-party site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, CarSear is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss of opportunity damages, including losses arising from reliance on third-party listing information or service interruptions.
